Ponekad nam je baš teško da se izvučemo iz kreveta, odemo na trening i odradimo trbušnjake, ali pogledavši iznova neke nastupe Jennifer Lopez, sigurno se osetimo motivisanije. Istraživši pomnije rutinu slavne JLo, izdvojili smo nekoliko ključnih saveta koje je davala tokom godina.
